VIDA is an OpenGL API-based graphical interface designed to visualize, manage and manipulate large sets of molecular information. Built-in chemoinformatics, advanced list manager, spreadsheet and 3D graphing capabilities make it possible to work in real time on corporate collections of a million structures.
