New Horde3D v0.12 brings cross-platform compatibility

A new release of the OpenGL 2.0 based graphics engine Horde3D is available for download. The new version adds cross-platform compatibility and integrates a basic Parallel Split Shadow Map implementation for improved shadow quality.
