Mesa 7.5, open source OpenGL implementation, released

Mesa is a free and open-source implementation of the OpenGL specification. The most significant new feature in Mesa 7.5 is Gallium3D architecture for building closs-platform 3D graphics drivers. Beyond introducing Gallium3D, Mesa 7.5 also brings support for several new OpenGL extensions, reworked two-sided stencil support, updated SPARC assembly optimizations, initial support for separate compilation units in GLSL compiler, and various other fixes and optimizations.
