The new Matrox Millennium G550 PCIe is the world’s first PCI Express x1 graphics card (for servers and industrial computers with no available PCI Express x16 slots). The x1 design allows this card to be compatible with any compliant PCI Express slot. In addition drivers for Windows, it also offers open-source display drivers for Linux/Unix-like OSs.
