Linderdaum Engine adds GPU accelerated direct volume rendering

Linderdaum Engine was updated to version 0.5.89. It utilizes OpenGL 2.1 and GLSL to do a real-time direct volume rendering using GPU accelerated raycasting. Different rendering modes are supported including isosurface rendering, opacity accumulation and MIP.
