Linderdaum Engine adds a volume rendering demo and a 0.5.84 patch

Linderdaum Engine adds a new volume rendering demo using a GPU raycasting algorithm implemented in a GLSL fragment program. The new demo is compiled using an updated version of the engine which also uncovers long awaited skeletal animation support and MD5 animated meshes loading.
