ATI Catalyst 9.7 drivers released with new OpenGL extension support

ATI released Catalyst 9.7 drivers, covering HD2000 series and newer cards. The Windows Vista and 7 drivers are available now; with XP drivers arriving within a day. Changes to Catalyst Control Center are included in this release, as is ATI video encoder support for Windows 7, performance improvements for games where framerates are limited by CPU, and the usual bug fixes. Notable in this release is added support for OpenGL extensions: EXT_provoking_vertex and EXT_vertex_array_bgra.
