I have two polygons. I would like to incorporate the characteristics of one polygon to other. I would like to do by moving/ adjusting the vertices. But first of all I need to map one polygon to another. Is there any suitable technique available for this? I know about unitizing a polygon by mapping it to a unit cube etc, or sometimes mapping to a unit sphere? Could any one help me with a suitable mapping method?
