    I want to know the list of supported OpenGl graphics cards.

    Everything supports GL under Windows and Linux for tge past 13 or so years with different version of GL.
    Intel drivers on Windows is pretty bad so if you want that, then use Direct3D instead.
    Also on www.gamedev.net, someone had posted a website with various device caps. I can find it if you want.
