If you click the downward pointing black triangle at the top right corner of the text box a few times you can make the text box big enough to fit all of your text and stop it from scrolling.

Heads up:

Google Chrome is reporting "The website at www.opengl.org appears to host malware – ..." for www.opengl.org, some google searching indicates others have seen it too.

Is is bogus or real issue?

This is real issue. webmaster has to fix it. (checking the website and remove it from black list)

Usually this is happens when web pages contains link to malware.
It could be forum post with a malware link or webserver hack.
