    Getting Started

I am having some trouble getting started with GLSlang. I'm sure it's just a newbie mistake but I can't seem to get any example shaders to work for me. They all complain that I don't have support for ARB_fragment_shader which should not be the case.

I am running a Nvidia 5950 ultra in an Athlon64 fx51 on XP. I currently have forceware 56.72 installed. I downloaded shaderdesigner from typhoon labs and it complains as well as some example projects I downloaded from shadertech.com.

I remember seeing somewhere that I might need to change some values in my registry to allow for opengl shaders is this what I need to do?

    Thank you

There is a theory which states that if ever anybody discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable.

There is another theory which states that this has already happened...
