    SDL refresh rate

    I hope this is a relevant forum for this! has anyone had any experience with setting the refresh rate in SDL? I have noticed on my W2K machine that the fullscreen refresh rate drops below "recommended" for my monitor. This was never a problem in win98, however, it does pose an interesting problem now! I didn't notice anything in the SDL docs about changin refresh rates!
