I'm searching for a method to build an optical 3d model wich could provide me with data for the sound synthesis engine. This should be an imitation of "real-world" optical effects - light going through multiple windows, rain drops on windows, shades from multiple moving light sources and so on... The project is in it's very early stage - I need to find a method to concentrate on and I wonder if OpenGL could provide me with the solution.
Any sort of ideas/comments/suggestions are very appreciated!
