Art based rendering

Hello !

I would be interested in resources concerning non photorealistic rendering like : oil paininng effect, watercolor painting, pencil, pastel and the like. Could you give me some pointers where I could find the algorithms ?

I am interested in postprocessing algorithms, so basically I want to transform a 2D picture, not a 3D mesh...
