Are you asking a question or posting a non sequitur. Your link doesn't work from the forums. Cut 'n paste to browser is the only reason I know what your problem is.

The dialog also answers any question, so what's the problem? Go to NVIDIA's site and download their Linux drivers, just like the dialog says, the drivers come with detailed instructions. What more do you want to know?

Since version 8.0 SuSE don't give accelerated drivers for NVidia video cards so visit http://www.nvidia.com and download it. Now the driver is a binary file that install the driver asking you using an ncurses interface.

when the driver is installed you have to activate 3D acceleration. SuSE have a graphical tool to do this: sax2

You only have to select your card and activate glx module.
