    I never had problems with any driver version on my home PC. The 41.xx series, however, resulted in numerous crashes on my PC at work.

    There's a leaked 42.09 driver now that solved all of my problems. Maybe you should give that one a try.

    Yes, lots of bugs with the latest nvidia drivers....some off the top of my head:
    err...that oh-so-innovative little panel that pops out of the side of the display properties dialog locks up my XP home machine. Who's mad idea was that little panel? They must have been smoking diesel when they thought of that one...

    Quadro4 9tap antialiasing option simply fails to show up on my work machine.

    Really bad quality control, that. I emailed nvidia about these bugs 2 or 3 weeks ago, but they didn't even reply to thank me. I shan't bother in future, I'll just bitch about them publicly on newsgroups
    So, you say ATI's drivers have improved? Maybe I'll give the 9700 a try...

    Dunno, I think that floating panel is SUPER, no need to click a lot, the problem is with xx.09 drv coz others worked just fine.
