ATI 128 execute problem

Yesterday I swapped over my old tnt with an ati rage128 pro 32 meg card now all my opengl+vc60 projects wont execute!

I keep getting

in both debug and release mode!

the version of ATIO9XAA.DLL is 4.12.1336
this is ati opengl driver.

can anyone help?

I upgraded the drivers.

now works lustfully!
