    Try nehe.gamedev.net/tutorials/lesson29.asp . Its a tutorial on bezier patches. If your just looking for the equations, just search for it on google or whatever.

    Check out "Numerical Recipes in C" by William H. Press et al. I've used their algorithm on numerous projects and it works quite well.
