Help me get started on this please!

i have a limited knowledge in C language and have just started taking a computer graphics course using OpenGL. i need to download the OpenGL graphics library and i have 32MB Diamond Viper V770D Ultra NVIDIA and Windows 98. where do i download the graphics library from and what do i need to do?

the opengl librarys should already be only your computer in the systems directory opengl32.lib

your best bet would be to download glut (lots of example programs) grab the 4mb download from here http://www.xmission.com/%7Enate/glut.html
