What happened to the OGL downloads?

Sorry guys/gals, this doesn't have anything to do with programming...

I remember about a year ago when I started to learn OpenGL that you could come to this site and download everything. You could download gl.h, glut.h/glut.lib, glu.h/glu.lib, etc. What happened? Where can I get all these things? The only versions I can find are old and I need multitexturing support (because my program will not compile...GL_TEXTURE*_ARB is coming up unidentified.)
