I am New beginner of Using Qt with OpenGL Module to work on registration of 2D/3D Medical Image. I look forward to getting your kind suggestion where I can find some sample source codes pool or Which book is bible for it. Thanks!

The openGL programming guide (called by most the red book) I use this one myself.
The openGL reference guide (called by most the blue book
The openGL super bible.

also can find some of the above books in a on-line format.
