nvopengl.dll

I keep getting an illigal operation saying fault in nvopengl.dll. WHY! i try to update the drivers then the probs just get ALOT worse.

This also happened to me when I commited programming errors like creating the same texture every frame with the same texture id. Make sure that you aren't doing anything wrong with your code.

All i'm doing is trying to play Counter-Strike.
