Win ME compatible?

Is openGL compatible with Windows ME?
I did not see any reference to Win ME on the site. Does this mean that OpenGL does not come with Win ME or is not compatible?

Please help. I am looking to get a computer that has Win ME and I want to have openGL so I can learn to program with it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

openGL is not OS dependent (4 usage anyway). as long as you have an openGL compliant vid card, it will be fine with Windows ME
