ati 9600 problems

hey, im having trouble with my ati 9600 card when playing games like Neverwinter NIghts and Call of Duty 2.

It keeps giving me an error 'unknown error ATI OpenGL Driver' or 'IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL'

Can anyone help, or give me soloutions?

I think this happens when there is a version conflict in the drivers. Maybe reinstalling driver will help or doing a driver cleanup then installing.
