    on the reference boards (creative uses ref. boards) there are 2 10k resistors, move them from r121 and r123 to r122 and r124 this will enable the quadro chip id allowing you to get the quadro features, but it still is 15Mhz slower than the real one (geforce 120Mhz, quadro 135Mhz)
