I hate to beg...Please read the topic, "OpenGL & DirectX7.0". Some may say they have nothing to do with each other, but I say they do!!!

The only thing they have in common is that they use the same hardware device. This can of course cause conflicts if the drivers is bad.

Thanks...problem solved!!! The AGP aperture size was set to small (in the BIOS). After reading through through some stuff I found online. I decided to give it a try, and guess what...it worked!! I changed it to the minimum that I need, inwhich I went from 4 to 8Mb's. The tech's at Diamond suggested I keep low, for whatever reason they said that when it's set to high that sometimes the video card will try and take all the memeory and cause problems.
