OpenGL on Intel 82865G graphics controller

Hi. I am using and Intel 82865G graphics controller. Recently, I ran Star Wars: Knights of the Old republic. It told me that it needed Non windows-generic OpenGL 1.4. It said I have 1.3. the latest driver for my card did not update the OpenGL, or so it seems, and I still have 1.3. Is there any way to get a later version to work with my card?

Btw the game works fine, I was just a little confused about this issue.
