    I mean the data is the same(the width and height...

    I mean the data is the same(the width and height and texcoords stay the same). And I activated the pointer during rendering:

    glTexParameteri(GL_TEXTURE_2D, GL_TEXTURE_MAG_FILTER, GL_NEAREST);

    hmh i dont now what you mean with "constant time"...

    render stuff...
    glutSwapBuffers();
    }

    But i don't use the display function.
