it seems that it's OpenGL related Problem Cuz Modo required OpenGL in order to work Good , however i did Install the latest Intel driver from here

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Graphics& ProductLine=Desktop+graphics+controllers&ProductPr oduct=Intel%C2%AE+G41+Express+Chipset

according to luxology Modo Require OpenGL 2.0 and according to Intel this Graphic Card Support OpenGL 2.1 , but still can't get that work very Good without crashing the software

However when i let my Windows 7 64bit Install the "WDDM 1.1" driver from Microsoft Update the software no longer crash , but the problem is Microsoft driver "WDDM 1.1" doesn't support OpenGL at all , so the software not working good without OpenGL and some Buttons just Disappeared from the software tabs

any fix for this ?

Try complaining to Intel and asking Luxology if they have workarounds for Intel cards.

well i did , and the answer is we don't know , Each one claims that the product works very Good ,

is there is any OPENGL Driver for windows 7 64bit ? or system files that may help to Improve OpenGL Support ?

I have found this OpenGL file and i have no idea what's that's for but it doesn't work on windows 7

Don't download things from random websites. The only thing you should be installing is the driver from Intel or if it is a laptop, the graphics driver from whoever made your laptop.
