Shader Designer can not be launched

i just download Shader Designer,but i can not launch it . there is just an initializaion picture, and then nothing happens ,why?
my laptop configuration:
CPU: i5
Video Card:GT420M CUDA.2G
system:XP SP3

when i launch it :a window come out:
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled
process id=0x950(2384) Thread id=0xd38(3384)

Like the message said, it is an exception, could be anything.

Could u try running it as an administrator.
Shift + Right Click on the shader designer shortcut and then select run as... and choose your admin account and see if this sorts out the problem.
