Want to learn OpenGL

I am new to this forum. Please help me out.
I am now acquainted with python now and want to learn OpenGL now. I am currently using python 2.7.
Kindly tell me which version of OpenGL should I download for windows.

You don't "download" opengl. It is provided by your video drivers or microsoft software implementation.

Make sure you are using the latest drivers for your video card.

Sometimes the hardware vendors don't deliver up to date drivers for OpenGL.

You can use a tool like GPU caps viewer to check how well OpenGL is supported on your video card.
