I'm looking for a technical explanation of the casually mentioned solution to this problem by nvidia as "Define patch ownership of the texture coordiantes" on slide #33 of this presentation http://developer.download.nvidia.com/presentations/2010/gdc/NVIDIA_Tessellation_GDC10.pdf
