from where i can download opengl3.2

i am new to opengl...
i want to learn opengl...and cant find it on the website...and i search it but still cant find....
can any one tell me where can it download opengl 3.2..

What OS are you using? What kind of video card do you have?

opengl is include in yout graphiccard driver

Unless you do not have a 3D card, in which case you can use Mesa 3D (mesa is a perfect clone of openGL which includes "software emulation" of hardware acceleration).

Mesa is standard in most linux distros, the packages are called something like "mesa-libGL". You need to install both the basic package AND the devel package.

I believe mesa can work on windows but I've never tried.
