txt file 2 NVIDIA scenegraph file format (.nbf)

Hello everybody,

I've downloaded the NVIDIA scenegraph stuff and I have a dataset of points I would like to visualize. Is there any tool which transforms a txt file into a .nbf or NVIDIA file format?
