texture maps

is it possible to make texture maps as 21*31, 201*301,32*34,

please tell me if any one knows this.

Depends on the OpenGL version and your GPU.

But basically you should be able to..

Take a look at GL_TEXTURE_RECTANGLE and NPOT textures.
