opengl 1.1.0 update to 1.3.0

hello i dont know if this is the right place to post this but i would like to ask if there is a way to upgrade opengl i need the version 1.3.0 to play a game... i have already searched on many sites but all i could download was virus =s thanks for the help

oh i forgot to ask if my nvidia 9650m 1gb is compatible with that version windows vista premium 32 bit

Just install the last graphics card drivers an you will be upgraded to OpenGL 2.1.

It should be compatible.
