I don't think we understand the question...you have what appear to be 3 boxes in a row and a triangle tipped box at the bottom. What exactly do you want to code? Do you want to know how to draw the boxes?....well, use LINES to draw the boxes so look up opengl code on drawing primitives such as points/lines/quads/etc.
