For CSGL if you mean this project (http://csgl.sourceforge.net/index.html), It is a C# wrapper for OpenGL. I think most user of this forum which use OpenGL in C#, use the Tao Framework (http://www.taoframework.com/).

One has 'Open' the other has 'CS'.
