How to reinstall opengl on Vista

Opengl does not work for me in Vista home premium. How can I reinstall the opengl system in Vista???

Opengl is supplied by the graphic drivers.
Find out what is your video card : ATI ? NVIDIA ? INTEL ? then go the one of these websites and download the latest driver.
Is that for a laptop ? It is often harder.
