I must create a game Mario in 2D and I have no idea how to start, actually I have:
I know that I must start with ground...background...

But Im verry motivated but lost and I would like to progress fast.
Can you help me Pleaaaaase?

I would suggest you use GLUT for your GUI (mouse/keyboard capture/window drawing)
Here's a tutorial to start:

you can google some more tutorials on GLUT.

Once you have your window set up and drawing, and responding to keyboard events, you can read
