OpenGL 1.4 for Windows

Where do I get the OpenGL 1.4 libraries and header files?

I've seen refereneces to the OpenGL 1.4 header files at http://hem.passagen.se/opengl/getstarted/opengl14_include.zip. Is there a more standard site?

I don't think. OpenGL 1.4 is simply not there for windows.
The only way to get it is to extend GL1.1 and do some checks here and there.
