How can I get OpenGL 1.5 for Win32?

The OpenGL library release together with VC++ 6.0 is too old. Many new characters are not supported! Is there any updated version for Win32? And if there is one, how can I get it?

Drivers:
Visit your graphics card website: ati, nvidia, etc... Don't think you can use 1.5 if you don't have a driver that supports it.
