Not much, unless there can be a proven market ofr making it worth the while to port, sell and support etc.

The Open Scene Graph runs on Mac OSX, in addition to Windows, Linux, FreeBSD, IRIX, Solaris... http://www.openscenegraph.org.
Well,
a Classic MacOS port of OpenInventor is already availiable at my site (www.k2code.com). It should be fairly easy to port this to OSX.
Hope this helps

You can now download Gizmo3D for Mac OS X. The distribution is still a beta but most stuff in the Win32 dist is working ok.
Have a look at http://www.tooltech-software.com There you can find the download. Note that it requires GCC 3.
