where to download OpenGL ES ?

Hi folks,
I'm eager to learn more about OpenGL ES,
but seems I'm too stupid to find a site where I can download it(without registering), any tips would be highly appreciated.

I haven't even seen the OpenGL ES.
I know only PocketGL library for PocketPC http://www.sundialsoft.co.uk/

What is OpenGL ES? Have you how to setup OpenGL for IRIX to compile a program? Any refer link?
