I've recently collected the GLInfo listing supported extensions and implementation limits for all supported renderers under Mac OS X 10.2.8 and 10.3.2, here:

This info is an attempt to mirror Delphi3D's hardware registry, but for Macintosh. The info on Apple's site is incomplete (and sometimes inaccurate) and I wasn't able to find it anywhere online, so I spent a day testing machines...
