saving opengl displays as image files

hey!
can anyone tell me how to save opengl graphics as jpeg,tiff or pict files.

are there libraries available?
if so, please let me know.

If I remember..... A previous post and possibly quicktime... Search the archives....

why not just use copybits to a picHandle to then save in pict format ? if u want to use other format, u should use QuickTime
