Can anyone help me?

I'm new to OpenGL, I have just installed redhat 7.2, and I'm using Gforce 2 MX, I can complie the source code from Nehe but when I clicked the excutable file in the konqueror, nothing happen? What's wrong? I tried the same code in with my old mechine and it works it perfectly.

I've found the problem, I didn't not install some library.

Some good programs does not run if started from the konqueror. Running from the command prompt always works.
