openGL debugger

Hi all,
several months ago I read openGL were bring out a debugegr for Linux in the first 1/4 of 2007, it was already avalible for windows. However I've lost the link on these pages. Can anyone point me to it, and tell me if it's avalible yet, if not does anyone have any ideas when?
