I am a graduate student and I want to write some paper with GPU 's application on image process.Can you give me some advice or what magzines can I post?

Works for me, and looks like a cool site too.

Maybe your DNS is a bit dodgy.

Try getting there via www.anonymizer.com (http://www.anonymizer.com) if that works and the site is still down when connecting directly then it's probably your ISPs problem.
