I don't know whether your had trid AutoCAD. And when you panning the window in AutoCAD, your will see the window moves very smooth and refresh quickly. I¡¡want to know how to do it with my codes.

Hi !

Turn on doublebuffering, then it's up, to your panning/scrolling code and the hardware...
